Disability Inclusion: Action for Change (2023–2025)

Disability Inclusion: Action for Change (2023–2025) is a collaborative learning resource developed with support from CBM Global Disability Inclusion. It brings together experiences and practical insights from partner organizations. Blind Youth Association Nepal (BYAN), Northern Organization for the Disabled (NONDO) in Kenya, and National Grassroots Disability Organization (NGDO) in Bangladesh under the Action for Change initiative (2023–2025).
The document compiles reflections from partners on key questions related to disability inclusion, particularly focusing on persons with disabilities who are often the hardest to reach. It highlights the approaches used to ensure their meaningful participation, the communication methods applied to understand their needs and priorities, and how these insights informed project implementation. The resource also shares lessons learned, including strategies that were effective, challenges encountered, and practical recommendations for governments, NGOs, and other stakeholders working to advance inclusive and disability-responsive programmes.
