Blind Youth Association Nepal (BYAN) is developing a manual (position paper) regarding disability friendly educational policies and practices targeting local level educational authorities and Disabled Persons Organizations (DPOs). The manual will be a learning tool for respective authorities to develop disability friendly education and policies in their particular area.  Therefore, BYAN is currently having a round of meetings with DPO’s to incorporate suggestions and recommendations on their respective disability.

First round of meeting was organized at Hotel Hardik, Bagbazaar in 20^th February, 2019 during the meeting we were able to finalize the content of manual .Likewise, second round of meeting was at Green leaf Café Jawalakhel on 2^nd June 2019, where we discussed on the contents, ideas and inputs on the 2^nd draft of the manual. The Manual now will be finalized and will be public soon.
