Blind Youth association Nepal Organised its 2nd General assembly election and 4th annual assembly.  The General Assembly was inaugurated by Honorable Youth and Sports Minister Mr. Daljit Sirpali . Honorable minister highlighted on issues of persons with disabilities(PWDs). He urged to maximize the opportunities for PWDs and no compromise should be accepted to promote inclusion.

on the Same day, The closing session and election was held in  Bhaktapur . Blind youth Association elected new board of 11 members under the leadership of Mr. Kaladhar Bhandari. There were representatives from all 6 district chapters and 11 previous board members in the AGM. The newly elected board are as below
